General information

This document describes how the Data Controller processes the personal data provided on the Site: for each processing operation, the legal basis is indicated, whether the provision of data is mandatory and the consequences of failing to provide it. If personal data of third parties is entered on the Site, whoever enters it warrants that they have obtained the relevant consent and undertakes to indemnify the Data Controller against any liability in this respect.

Registration on the Site

The Site does not offer the possibility of registration: no data is processed for this purpose.

Purchases on the Site

It is not possible to make purchases on the Site, therefore personal data is not processed for this purpose and no purchase reminder emails are sent. The Data Controller does not offer products or services prohibited to persons under 18 years of age: consequently, no age verification system is provided for.

Responding to your requests

Your data is processed in order to respond to requests for information sent through the Site, to handle any requests for a quotation or service sent through the form, and to handle requests for support. The provision of data is always optional, but a refusal means that it will not be possible to act upon the request. The legal basis is, in each case, the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in responding to the requests received — an interest that corresponds to the user's own interest in obtaining a reply.

Requests sent through the forms on the Site are delivered by email and, as a backup copy, are also recorded in a protected archive on the server that hosts the Site, which cannot be accessed from the web; they are automatically deleted from it within 6 months of being sent.

General marketing

The Data Controller does not send advertising material or newsletters concerning its own products or those of third parties. Google services, such as Google Ads and Google Analytics, are used on the Site in order to personalise advertisements and improve the user's experience: this entails the collection of personal data and cookies, used to display advertisements in line with the user's preferences and to measure the use of the Site. This processing takes place only after consent expressed in the banner, which may be withdrawn at any time. The details are set out in the Cookie Policy.

Profiling

The Data Controller does not carry out profiling using users' personal data and does not send advertising material or newsletters targeted on the basis of it.

Assignment of data

The Data Controller does not assign users' personal data to third parties.

Geolocation

The Site does not implement tools for the geolocation of the user's IP address.

Curriculum vitae

Through the Site it is possible to send your curriculum vitae, which is examined by the Data Controller or by its collaborators in order to assess the possibility of an employment or collaboration relationship — a legitimate interest equivalent to that of the person sending the curriculum in being contacted. The data is retained until the end of the selection period and in any event for no longer than 6 months from the date it was sent. The provision of data is optional, but a failure to provide it prevents you from being contacted again.

Appointment booking

No third-party appointment booking systems are active on the Site: the data is not processed for this purpose. It is nevertheless always possible to contact the Data Controller at the details indicated at the beginning.

Photographs and videos

The Data Controller does not request the publication of photographs or videos portraying the user, therefore the data is not processed for this purpose.

Web scraping

The use of automated processes or systems to access, acquire, copy or monitor any part of the Site is expressly prohibited, including web scraping, crawling or spidering techniques. The Data Controller reserves the right to adopt all necessary measures, including legal action, against unauthorised scraping activities: collecting content or data from the Site without written authorisation, or distributing and reusing it, constitutes a material breach of the terms of use of the Site.

Disclosure of personal data

In the course of its ordinary activities, the Data Controller may disclose users' personal data to the categories of parties listed below. Disclosure to third parties is something different from assignment: in a disclosure the third party may use the data only for the purposes described in its own relationship with the Data Controller, whereas in an assignment the third party becomes an autonomous controller of the data — for which the user's consent is always required. It is understood that the Data Controller may in any event use personal data in order to comply with legal obligations.

Processing methods

The processing of personal data is carried out mainly by electronic or automated means, with tools suitable for ensuring its security and confidentiality. The information acquired is relevant and not excessive in relation to the services provided, and is managed in secure IT environments. No "special" data is processed through the Site — data capable of revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions or religious, philosophical, political or trade-union associations, state of health and sex life — nor any judicial data.

To whom the data is disclosed

The Data Controller reserves the right to disclose users' personal data:

  • to parties, including Public Authorities, which have access to it by virtue of legislative or administrative measures;
  • to public or private parties (legal, administrative and tax consultancy firms, Judicial Offices, Chambers of Commerce, Labour Chambers and Offices, etc.) where the disclosure is necessary or instrumental to complying with legal obligations;
  • to its own employees and collaborators, for the proper operation of the Site;
  • to companies, consultants or professionals engaged in the installation, maintenance, updating and management of the Data Controller's hardware and software or of the hardware and software it uses in order to provide its services.
  • to the provider of the chat service present on the Site, when the user chooses to open a conversation: the messages exchanged and the data the user enters therein pass through and are stored on that provider's servers.

The Data Controller does not make use of CRM platforms for sending automated communications, nor of banking institutions or payment circuits, since there are no purchases on the Site. For chat support, it does make use of the provider indicated above, and only when it is the user who requests that service. The data is not disclosed to couriers or shipping agents, nor to providers of technology based on generative artificial intelligence. This list may be updated in line with ordinary operations: you are invited to consult this page regularly.

Retention of personal data

Personal data is retained only for the time necessary to ensure the proper provision of the services offered through the Site. As provided by Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code, invoices and accounting records are retained for a minimum period of ten years from their registration. The Data Controller may also retain the data for the time required by specific legislation, as amended from time to time.

Transfer of personal data

The Data Controller is established in a country with an adequate level of regulatory security. Any transfer of data to a non-EU country in respect of which the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision is in any event considered secure from a regulatory point of view; a transfer to a non-EU country lacking such a decision nevertheless remains possible. At the user's request, the Data Controller will apply to the processing any more favourable rules provided for by the national legislation of the user.

Your rights

The Data Controller informs you that you have the right to:

  • request from the Data Controller access to your personal data and the rectification or erasure thereof or the restriction of the processing concerning you, or to object to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The rights indicated above may be exercised by means of a request addressed, without any formality, to the contact details indicated at the beginning.

Amendments

The Data Controller reserves the right to make amendments to this notice at any time, while ensuring adequate protection of personal data and giving appropriate notice thereof to the users of the Site; in the event of material amendments, the communication may also take place by email. You are invited to consult this page regularly.
