P1445 on Peugeot — Heavy white smoke from the exhaust with the engine warm, the vehicle otherwise running normally

Code P1445 reports that the diesel particulate filter additive management system is reading a level that is too high. On the Peugeot 208 1.6 HDI it appears together with heavy white smoke from the exhaust caused by a blocked turbocharger oil return pipe.
